I understand how important it is to find a counsellor or psychotherapist you feel comfortable with. I offer a warm, compassionate, confidential and non-judgemental approach: a place to offload, perhaps find simple coping strategies, help you gain fresh insight, and the sense of balance or peace of mind you may seek.
Finding the right therapist is especially important at a time when you may be feeling stuck or alone. Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships, loneliness, family issues, self-acceptance, mid-life issues, caring demands, health issues...more...
